Re: [mv] Search engine producing weird reults
****** message to minivend-users from "kyle@invisio.com" <kyle@invisio.com> ******
Depending on the size of your products database, try making
a test page that simply loops through each item and displays
all of the fields in the browser in some kind of format that can
be easily looked over to notice any problems. For example
put everything in a table, or better yet if certain fields should
always contain data, place a simple if statement in the block
to print out bold red text to flag an error.
Doing it this way will check the db that is built from your asc
file and if you spot the error(s) here you can then zero in on
the asc file to see what is happening.
