[mv] rebuild databases manually?

i was wondering if i modify the .asc databases or the .csv 's do i(and if
i do how?) have to rebuild them so the .gdbm files are updated? i cant
find any info on this..does minvend do this on the fly or is it done when
i start the minivend server?
