This can be happen,
if any MV tags is broken or
if there are some if construct, which is too deep or
if there are a page, which has an include tag for a file and this file
has an include tag too
if ......?
Maybe you get success, if you use [loc]...[/loc] instead?
I use the same kind of page structur with a lot of include and [L] tags.
It works well. I some cases, after rewriting some codes or after
building new pages, i get the same trouble. It seems like the parser
engine of MV canīt parse all MV tag through the all deep (many ifs
inside ifs and/or many includes inside includes).
