Did you visit the mailarchiv?
Did you see any messages in your error.log file?
Maybe you has an older MV (3.11?) and use the newest MV now (3.14?)?
There is a difference between the old codes and new codes for user
login. Did you compare your codes with the newest simple demo shop?
Otherwise, it is the name, that cause the error. For example a name with
a german umlaut (ü = &uuml; etc.).
