I am actually trying to build e-commerce site. I am quite new

to all the stuff.

 

Can you please tell me where to find "Payment facility Provider" or

more exactly how do i verify the credit-cards online?

 

Do I need to actally enter into the agreement with VISA or

MASTERCARD for verifying the credit cards?
