It looks like the server can't find the simple demo in its entirety.
The simple directory should be in yourdir/catalogs/. The only part of
minivend in yourdir/cgi-bin/ is a binary file named "simple" (assuming you
did not change the name of the simple demo when you made it). I sounds
like you have you locations mixed up. Move things as I have specified and
give it another try!
