[mv] Problem when restarting the server

Hello,

After I create a catalog, and restart the server I get the following error.

Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this, would be greatly appreciated.  Also the catalog dir is in my cgi-bin.  When settign up the catalog it looked as if it wanted to create this in my home dir for my user.
