My installation directory is ~/mvend. The only file in
~/mvend/simple/html in the alpha distribution is .empty.
~/catalogs/simple has a number of directories:
config
etc
mysql
orders
pages
pgsql
products
session
special_pages
tmp
upload
plus
catalog.cfg and catalog.cfg.old
What should go into ..../htdocs/simple?
