[mv] What shall I do after order?

The products were ordered in my shop. After the order tracking.asc was
changed and EMail was sent to the vendor. Transactions database was
updated. Userdb was updatet too.
How can the Vendor access the orders? Can he do it in the browser, or he has
to read trascing.asc and emails? After the pending how can the wendor erase
information about complete orders?
