Well, I went back to 3.14-4. :-)

1) Docs say, "The first page displayed in the catalog...is
'catalog.html'".

Does that mean that SERVER/cgi-bin/simple should display
catalog.html??

Anyway, catalog.html is not in either ~/minivend or
~/catalogs.

2) I would like to change what is displayed by the file
refrenced by __LEFTSIDE__ but I can't find out what that
is?
