Mark,

For an example of filling out the Route structure in Perl or MVASP,
look at the route_order() subroutine - at line 1319 of Order.pm.
This bit of code is defining a default route for the case where
you didn't define anything in catalog.cfg.

It seems like you ought to be able to create your own route(s)
dynamically and add them to the $Config->{Route_repository} hash
so they will get picked up during order processing.
