I'm getting the same thing, same browsers.  I have not updated SSLeay or 
any portion of my Apache secure server -- it is currently a REALLY old 
version.  I've been putting off upgrading to 1.3.9 w/ OpenSSL.

The question is why doesn't the checkout work, but all other secure pages do?
