I have thought about it, but haven't found one which meets my needs.
Basically, each has their own methodology and are designed for multiple
people tracking something. Since there aren't too many multiples of
people (yet) working on things, most are just overhead and no benefit.

I am looking at setting up an anonymous CVS repository, which might
fill some of that need. 

Though this may be one of those things which would be nice to do, 
I have my own system of tracking problems. I don't have time to
change to another one; I have my hands full adapting to CVS. Maybe
someday....
