[mv] [mv 4.03] Access violation trying to reconfigure catalog

****** message to minivend-users from Ed LaFrance <newmedia@newmediaems.com> ******

Hmmm...very strange. I logged into the demo catalog with the superuser
name and password, then tried to do a "live" reconfig by going to page
/reconfig/reconfig, and I got the standard violation message "You have
accessed a page that requires authorization." Is reconfig now dependent on
Minimate? Minimate is broken in my install and I have yet to figure out
why, but I have it disabled in minivend.cfg. There is no .access file in
the reconfig/ directory, and there IS a reconfig file in my mvend/usertag
directory, which is in turn Required in catalog.cfg. The server reports no
error whatsoever. I guess things are a bit different in 4.0x vs.
3.1x...can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!
