[mv] Multiple SQL database form-based search

Hi,

There is a problem. 
I have a MV v3.14-3, multiple SQL databases with products and other
information.
How can I do a full form-based search in all databases, full search in
some arbitrary database with select of this one possibility?
Is there any difference between MV v3.14 and v4.03 in this way?
