I'm having trouble installing Minivend on both my Quadra 650 running
debian linux and on my web host, a Solaris Sun workstation. I get the
following error on both during the 'test && make install':

server/control........not communicating with server
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 9
---
Please send me your helpful hints and I'll summarize for the list.
