well, the woes are slowly going away. But there remains one last one, that 
isn't even really minivend specific, I am just hoping someone has 
experienced this and knows the answer. *sighs* Been searching the web this 
evening, hunting through deja.com, have come up with nothing.

Minivend bombs out when I submit the credit card form to Authorize.net. I 
set it to debug mode and saw that it was bombing out on Net::SSLeay. So I 
went into cpan, and tried downloading and testing it. Every single time I 
do make test I get the same error

All the prerequisites are there, I'm using the versions of the various 
software packages that the Net::SSLeay page says it is compatible with, and 
I am at a complete loss...and am sitting here with this image of being able 
to do a successful transaction finally, if I can figure out how to get 
Net::SSLeay to compile properly.

Anyone out here seen this? Encountered this? Beaten their head against the 
same brick wall?
