Docbook or some similar stuff is a good idea IMHO, so we can produce
LaTeX, HTML, ... etc. from that. Other OpenSource projects are able
to use Docbook too, why not we ?
I think we can start with either Docbook and HTML stuff, and use
later a converter for HTML->Docbook or some other volunteers that
do this work.
