The 4.04 RPM is supposed to take care of this -- I can't explain it.
The only thing I can think of is that doing a -Uvh install the module
was found, therefore wasn't copied, and thus didn't get moved to the
right place.

You can fix this with:

	cp /usr/local/minivend/build/IniConf.pm /usr/local/minivend/lib

or by

	perl -MCPAN -e 'install IniConf';
