[mv] HELP !!! URGENT !!! The Minivend server is unavailable......

Until yesterday, Everything was working fine...
suddenly I get the "Minivend server not Available" message,
and the Minivend server is running with No Errors......

Any Ideas ?#?!?#!?

The only things that was made on the computer yesterday , and that may have
caused that,
was that i copied a bunch of .cgi files to the cgi-bin , and changed some
attributes...

Anyway, both the cgi-bin directory , and the Vlink programs are now, fully
accessible,
also, i dont get any restriction/forbidden message...
