Do an ls -la in your cgi directory and paste the results to a reply to this
message.
It should look something like this:
-rwsr-xr-x 1 minivend minivend 7316 Apr 22 21:05 iellc-test
If there is no s, you need to do a chmod u+s program_name
>From the docs I told you to read:
Make vlink setuid:
chmod u+s /the/cgi-bin/directory/vlink
Most systems unset the SUID bit when moving the file, so you should change
it after moving
