[mv] MV4 - simple catalog order status not working for me

Has anyone else had problems getting order status to work?

I"m running on RH6.2 - just installed a few days ago and everthing seemed to
go fine.

I have several catalogs set up and after I order I check order status and I
get "no pending orders for user" even after restarting the server and
browser.

in the error.log I get "Bad SQL, query was Select code, status .... from
transactions ... "

The transactions.gdbm is being updated as is the orderline file. I can see
the orders via minimate and they look ok

I have the Order.pm fix and I've stopped and started the server several
times as well as trying other users including test.
I have been reading doc and looking thru the maillist for a couple of days
and I just can't seem to find a solution.

Is there something else I need to update so this will work?

Any help would be appreciated!
