[mv] refresh in checkout sends the order - urgent help needed please

 Hi all!
I cant send emails to the list from michael@panamacom.com because my server
is in the anti--relay list....dont know why, because my server doesnt
relay...anyhow, here is my MV question....
I have 7 running catalogs.....one of them, the latest one i did, using
mv4.04, works perfect...but in the checkout page, if the user press reload,
then the receipt.html page appears, without any information......the error
here is that the refresh should leave the user in checkout, not take him to
receipt.
This does not happen in any of the other catalogs, even others created with
MV4.04, so i am pretty sure it is my mistake, but i cant pinpoint it.....i
did changed the 'report' to send an [email].....instead of sending the order
to __ORDERS TO__
The checkout page and profile_order is basically the same as 'simple'.  Any
suggestions? the site is live and the orders are passing thru just with a
refresh.....(and it skips cybercash and everything).
Please HELP!
