Yes, there can be pipelining of file transfer. In most cases, it won't
make an appreciable difference; download time dwarfs the execution time.
The problem is that anything you do which might affect the
headers (i.e. you decide later in the page that the thing should
go to a different window-target, or you want to send a cookie, or
you want to redirect to a URL) cannot be accomplished after you send.
If you know that the above is not the case, and you want to achieve
pipelining, you can add send=1 to any tag and the buffers to date will
be sent.
