[mv] Fly Shipping not charged by cybercash : Help please

Hi all!
I am using the on the fly shipping code available in checkout.html in
MV4....
it works, it shows the new total in the chekcout page, and everything great,
but, it doesnt charge it to cybercash.....It seems the fly-shipping only
'shows' the charge and adds it in the screen, but not in the cybercash
process.
how can i solve this? the site is live, and not charging the shipping
charges, so it is loosing money.....PLEASE, any help will be greatly
appreciated.
