We've done a variation of this for multiple sites. One site requires that before you
can purchase products, you must completely register complete ship/bill & CC
information. Another site is geared toward supporting distributors through on-line
quantity based pricing and direct ordering on account to the main factory and the
factory handles the account setup for pre-authorized employees of the disty for
non-repudiation reasons.
