[mv] How to force a store_id in MV4???

Does anyone know how to force MV4 and/or MV3.14 to assign a store_id?

I do not want to build a flycat catalog, but I need to assign store_ids
to individual stores in a mall that I am developing.

The reason I need this is to be able to work all stores through a single
Merchant Account (CCID) at Cybercash.  To really make this work
effectively, I need to assign the store_id at checkout and then I can
tag the Cybercash Order_ID with this store_id.  Then I will be able to
filter transactions based on store_id keys.


Another question!

Does anyone know about a processing agent (like First Data Corp) that
has electronic transaction statement capabilities?  I need to be able
to  download all my transaction information (like I can from Cybercash)
from the processing agent.  If there is a bank that provides this
service, I would be interested in this also.

What I am trying to do is correlate the transactions that occur in a
store with a bank statement that will be cumulated transaction for
multiple stores.  I need to be able to map, one-to-one, each transaction
at a store to a transaction on an itemized statement either from the
bank or processing agent.
