I am attempting to implement a similar "dealer" system, except, for more 
control I am envisioning using a second (sub?) catalog that shares the 
products database (two price fields) with the "retail" catalog.  This would 
perhaps make it easier to separate retail/dealer orders, mail them to 
different fulfillment locations, and customize the flypages...
