If this discount applies to all dealers I would assign all dealers a
special flag when they logged in. I would then manipulate the datebase
so there are two entries per SKU for prices - one for retail and one for
wholesale. The price displayed would be based on the value of the dealer
flag. I like this solution because it also provides the greatest
flexibility in pricing and doesn't require much in the way of overhead
to handle.
