Re[2]: [mv] Pricing based on customer status (with a few twists)

****** message to minivend-users from James Johnson <flam@bigfoot.com> ******

Hello Chris,

Ah... I like this solution the best as well, but I am not sure of the
mechanics of actually making it happen. I have actually put two
columns in my products database for 'price' (regular) and 'dprice'
(dealer)

In other words: how, exactly do i tell the cart to use 'dprice'
instead of 'price'?

Since the price column is initially defined in the catalog.cfg the
only way I can think of to change it would be to use a [perl] call.

I am hoping that I am missing something more obvious, clean and safe.
Like the [use dprice instead] command? ;)

Best regards,
James
