Short answer is no.
Minivend pages are parsed by minivend by calling a cgi script and then
sent to the browser so there is no way to involve the php parser.
There are ways to use common headers and footers and with embedded perl
or custom user tags. You should be able to do just about anything that php can
do with a little work.
