[mv] MiniMate errors when accessing edit or spreadhseet page

Hey All,

I have been trying to get MiniMate to run correctly on 2 of the sites we are
hosting.  My problem lies in that I'm able to open up the menu of commands
after logging in through Apache however when I try to edit a record I
receive the error "The requested item (config/edit_record) was not found.".
A similiar error appears as well if I access the spreadsheet button.
However if I access the page directly through
/cgi-bin/caseetc/config/edit_record it will work correctly.  Any ideas why
Minivend can't find the page through the mv_nextpage tag yet it serves it up
fine with a direct URL?  I really don't want to have to rewrite all of the
MiniMate pages to get this up and running so a solution would be
appreciated.  Thanks!

P.S. The install is MV 4.04 with MiniMate enabled and access directed
through the Apache authentication.
