[mv] Interchange bin/makecat and MySQL

A possible bug with Interchange and the bin/makecat program. It does not
use the username and password you supply.
Has any one else noticed that if you use a username and password with the
bin/makecat program with Interchange beta and MySQL it defaults to using
the username of the person doing the install with no password. It really
should use the username and password supplied when trying to contact
MySQL.
