[mv] Windows 2000/ActivePerl 616: how does it work with Minivend4.04a?

I've read the docs and installed modules
    MD5
    DB_File
But when I ppm install the following, it says "Error installing package
'SQL_Statement': Could not locate a PPD file for package SQL_Statement":
    LWP
    SQL_Statement
    MIME::Base64

I'm using IIS5 on Win2k, with ActivePerl 616 as ASAPI, and MySQL 3.23.  What
is compatability status for this combination?
