The problem is I don't agree it is a glitch. How many people really do it?
Why would they? Why wouldn't they figure out that they ordered twice?

If you really want to avoid this, you can set your order links to:

	[page href=order
		form="
			mv_order_item=00-0011
			mv_order_quantity==1
			mv_separate_items=0
		"]Order it</A>

Note the two = signs in the quantity....

Personally, I think this is much ado about nothing.
