Oh no, no. You would do:

Variable SERVER_NAME   127.0.0.1:7786
Variable CGI_URL       /simple

# Whatever works on the box
ImageDir               file:/simple/images

Let Minivend handle the browser requests, and take the images off of the
CDROM. No Apache is needed...but it really would be simple to install that.
