I have done this.

I didn't like their scheme, which didn't provide for instant feedback. Basically,
they take responsibility for sending an email completion to the user, and you
must receive a disconnected (sometimes by many minutes) silent post query to
actually complete the order. This means you cannot issue an immediate order
number to the user, or you end up having orders later invalidated due to
no auth.

My solution was to issue an immediate order number, and create a tfeedback
table which received the Skipjack-originated accept/decline post and set
order status. The table could be scanned to later invalidate entries in
the transactions/orderline table on a declined transaction.
