Has anyone heard of SkipJack for clearing credit cards?  I have a client 
that called his bank to set up a CyberCash account and they told him they 
don't like to do those anymore and would prefer (and thus give him a better 
rate) if he uses SkipJack.  Has anyone on the list done a successful 
integration with MiniVend/Interchange?
