Just have to give my 2 cents and observations, I maintain many MV sites and all
combined probably produce 40+ orders per day for over a year now. I have never
had this "so called glitch" ever reported! And yes, if you click refresh
you will get
another item in the cart in any of the stores (I believe all the sites use
forms to order
any and all items).
