Has anyone integrated Paypal and Minivend as of yet?

I'm not utterly thrilled with the idea of this but my client seems to be
dead set on using it. The problem, that I can see, is getting the user
back to the site after they process the payment at minivend so that the
order canm be finalized. Anyone do any work on this as of yet?
