You could use perl LWP to submit a form similar to paypal's to the paypal
server, get the resulting page and parse it for results.  It's not the
nicest way to do it, but it will keep the customer at your site.  It will
also break if paypal changes something on their website.  They also have
something called web accept, but you have to have a business account and
they take some percentage off the transaction.
