Okay, the problem is that you are leaving a page without actually doing
anything. You enter in say 20 bbls on page 1 and then go to page 5 and
enter 5 and then hit quote... You'll obviously never get the 20 bbls on
page 1 because the form in which you entered the data was never
processed. 

The socially engineered solution is to get people to click on 'quote'
before they leave the page. This isn't a very good solution though. My
suggestion would be to have each of the links in the more-list actually
be a type of submit button distinct in its action from the quote button.
The more-list submits would process the item into some sort of data
structure (maybe even the cart itself) and then bounce the user to the
requested page (maybe through the use of an intermediate page that was
just MV tag foo to process the form). 

As to how you would implement this solution I do not know off the top of
my head. Its kind of a neat problem though.
