[mv] MV4 - Wha makes the email order ?

For the life of me I cant find the file that creates the
final order and sends it to the email recipient. As per my
docs for MV 4.04a it says that "report.html" but I dont see
that in my files at all. I am able to place and order and
get the order via email but what I want to do is add a few
variables to the checkout.html and have them carry through
to the order that gets emailed.

I must be over looking something simple but what is the file
or .html that actually makes the email that the order person
gets ??.
