I hear all this, yet the catalogs I operate have zero complaints
from AOL and WebTV users. Go figure.
There is a solution for your situation. It will without analyzing what is
going wrong, and collecting the information needed. I have seen nothing
as far as analysis, and I am going to retire from this topic for a while.
I am apparently being ignored.
