Agreed Mike :)

I have been following this also, and now have parsed the logs of our catalog
(which is maintained by you/Akopia).
I just have to say, that we have had NO complaints of this type of problem
in the 4 months we have been open. But yet we still have Minivend 4.04a and
not Interchange ;) We have had many sales from WebTV users and many more
from AOL viewers.

I hear all this, yet the catalogs I operate have zero complaints
from AOL and WebTV users. Go figure.

There is a solution for your situation. It will without analyzing what is
going wrong, and collecting the information needed. I have seen nothing
as far as analysis, and I am going to retire from this topic for a while.
I am apparently being ignored.
