Re: [mv] [MV4.04a] AOL , whats up with them ??: AOL
****** message to minivend-users from jimtoro@hoflink.com ******
Nope, didnt lose a thing. Went back and line-by-line compared
the simple basket with mine and although some text is added, none
of the logic is removed or put out of sequence.
Here is a fix I came up with for me at least. When a WebTv or AOL
user wants to click "continue shopping" it cant find the page so I did
this in basket.html
---------------------------
[set Continue shopping]
mv_todo=return
mv_nextpage=index
[/set]
[comment]
[set Continue shopping]
[bounce href='[history-scan exclude="^/ord|^/multi/|^/process"
default=browse]']
mv_nextpage=nothing
[/set]
[/comment]
--------------------------
The first paragraph is my "fix" and the lower is the commented out
"offending" paragraph. Now when I logon with my WebTv I can order
and if I click the "continue shopping" button I get tossed back to
index.hmtl, HOWEVER I do not lose my cart and I can continue shopping
and go back into and out of the cart. I am sure this "offending"
code must be elsewhere but I think I solved my problem.
See if this helps anyone else.
ps - this code is near the bottom of basket.html in pages/ord
