Same thing happened to me. I've noticed it happens around 6 AM EST. So as
mike suggested in the archives.
I've setup a crontab at 5:58 AM to "touch" the randseed.bin file for the
pgp user (minviend). and then at 6 am I tell the server to restart
(restart minivend).

Seems to work.. so/so

sadly the only way to know when this happens is to keep placing orders
till they fail.. annoying.
