I haven't yet tried to run IC through any of the above; however, the 
"id=...&mv_pc=..." part of the session is what should allow IC to run 
through proxies OK.  For it to work it requires a complete audit of all 
pages in the catalog to make sure that [page] and [area] are used, form 
values include mv_session_id, etc..
