My experience with every Verisign service is that they are
**at least** twice the price of the competition while offering
poorer service.  So bad that even the FTC (US trade commission)
is investigating them for fraud wrt domain registration.  Take
that as a strong "dump" recommendation.  :-)

Lots of processors work with ic.  Most of what we've done is
custom; we've only used authorizenet and surepay cookbook with ic.
