[ic] Credit Card Field Is Empty!

I have followed all the steps of setting up GPG on a hosted server
environment, running FreeBSD, and IC 4.83
Everything is working fine, and I don't get any errors.
However, when a client orders, I do not get a credit card number at all. The
field is just blank.
I am using PGP, and it's working fine with no errors either.
Another note: I recently upgraded from IC 4.6, and that's when the problem
started.

Does anyone know what could the problem be?
